Delivery charges vary, depending on where the order is to be delivered. Local rates and national rates apply.

Online: We accept PayPal, Mastercard and VISA debit card payments. In-Store: We accept cash, Mastercard and VISA card payments.
How long is the total order processing time, up to delivery?
We are very proud of the efficiency of our supply chain, which makes it possible for us to process and deliver orders within 4 weeks.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Your data is highly protected on the basis of the Data Protection regulations and our use of secure layer protocols in our online shop.
What happens after I place an order?
We start processing your order immediately after receiving its details and proof of successful deposit payment. We may also contact you to arrange for a telephone consultation chat, in which we may need to verify areas that may need to be made clear for you. After that, we will do all the work with the designers on our end.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. You receive invoices and all relevant order documents at each stage of the transaction. We can also email you copies of all documents, so that you may have permanent records of your transaction with us.
